Arisaig, last kayak day

We went a bit further afield today and visited the picturesque area around Arisaig,

Who says kayaks scare off seals, these came into the bay to investigate, swimming closer to get a better look!

I waved the intrepid kayakers off and headed back to the car, where I sat with the window wound down scanning the bay in hope of an otter, but not to be today! Cormorants, red breasted mergansers, goosanders and a heron were some of the other visitors to the bay while we waited for the kayakers to return
